- Target development & action plan: In coordination with overarching framework conditions, we jointly define quantitative climate targets, interim targets and reduction pathways. We compile existing and planned measures, identify gaps in line with the need for action, develop new measures and set priorities.
- Implementation: We support you in estimating financial and personnel requirements and set up a monitoring system with indicators so that the achievement of the net-zero target and the interim targets can be verified in the future.
